Delete your RTK Pulse account

In the app — immediate

• Open RTK Pulse and tap the account icon in the top right of the home screen.
• Scroll to the bottom of the account screen and tap “Delete account”.
• Confirm. The account, its profiles and its session history are erased from our servers straight away, and the app signs you out.

By email — if you cannot use the app

Write to info@corfuse.com from the email address you signed up with, and say you want your RTK Pulse account deleted. Sending it from the registered address is how we confirm the request is yours; if you signed in with Apple or Google, use the address that identity carries.

We act on it within one month, and normally within a few working days. We will not ask you for anything beyond confirming the address.

What is erased

• Your account identity — the record in our account service, along with every active session.
• Saved profiles held for you: caster host, port, mountpoint and the label you gave them.
• Session history synced to the account: the results of past diagnostic runs.
• Your Pro entitlement record.

What we never had in the first place

Two things are deliberately not on our servers, so deletion does not apply to them: your NTRIP passwords, which live only in your phone’s secure storage, and your precise position, which is never uploaded to us. Uninstalling the app removes both, along with anything else held only on the device.

What is kept, and for how long

• Server access logs (IP address, user agent, requested path), kept for security and abuse handling and rotated within 30 days.
• Residual copies inside routine database backups, which age out within 30 days of the deletion.
• Your purchase record at Apple or Google, and the matching receipt at RevenueCat, our entitlement processor. We cannot delete those on your behalf — they are the store’s record of a transaction and are governed by its own terms.
• Anything we are legally required to keep, such as correspondence needed to handle a dispute, for as long as that obligation lasts.

Deleting some of your data without closing the account

You do not have to close the account to erase what is in it. Saved profiles can be removed one at a time on the Profiles screen. Session history has a delete action on each row and a “Delete all sessions” control at the bottom of the History screen; deleting a session removes its full log from the device as well.

Either change reaches our servers straight away, so the synced copy shrinks with it. For anything else, write to info@corfuse.com and we will do it.

A subscription is separate

Deleting your account does not cancel a Pro subscription, because the subscription is held by Apple or Google and not by us. Cancel it in the App Store or Google Play subscription settings, otherwise it keeps renewing.
